Each cushion is fully reversible with a concealed zip so you can use it any way up.

These cushions are authentically vintage, so expect some worn texture, possibly some small marks and distressed areas made from years of use. This character is what makes them so unique and special.

ABOUT VINTAGE KANTHA 

Our vintage kantha cushions are made from recycled cotton kantha quilts, which have been traditionally handmade in India for centuries. They are made by hand sewing layers of recycled sari fabric together using tiny stitches, often in complex patterns. 

Some quilts are sadly too old and damaged to be used any more, so we carefully cut them up give them an extra new life as cushions like this one. Each cushion is completely unique, with bags of character, history, captivating hand printed pattern and texture where the worn layers of cotton reveal the patterns in the layer below.
